How the Programme Works

1

Assessment Phase

We start by understanding where you are now. A skills assessment helps us tailor the programme to your background, whether you're completely new to financial planning or bringing some experience.

2

Core Learning Period

Eight weeks of structured sessions covering forecasting methods, budgeting frameworks, and analytical techniques. Each week builds on previous concepts with practical exercises you complete between sessions.

3

Capstone Project

The final four weeks involve creating a comprehensive financial plan for a simulated business scenario. You'll present your work to instructors and peers, getting feedback that sharpens your approach.

4

Ongoing Support

After completion, you get access to our resource library and quarterly workshops. Many participants find these refresher sessions valuable as they apply new skills in their roles.
